Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Front-of-House Beverage and Service Specialists to provide exceptional service and prepare delicious beverages and light dishes. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and serve Taiwanese tea, wellness drinks, and other beverages to customers.
• Prepare light meals such as Taiwanese-style sandwiches, baos, and small snacks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting guests with menu options.
• Ensure the front-of-house area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following all local regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment for beverages and snacks.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredients to answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to while preparing and serving food and beverages.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of tea, wellness drinks, and basic food preparation techniques is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Mandarin is a plus.
• Passion for Taiwanese culture, food, and beverages.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
